This book is a bundle of ten elite chapters, which gibes a comprehend view of family happiness and the relevance of upbringing children. This is a wonderful book that gives the color picture of bringing up a great family, healthy confident and self – motivated children who can become leaders in every walk of their life. This book basically speaks about five masteries of the family leader. Author insists that to acquire a healthy leadership in a family life on needs to acquire these masteries in his/her life. He says clearly in five masteries: it is the duty of the parents to give leadership qualities to make children good child because children learn from their parents. Therefore everything begins at home; instead scolding the children parents should mold the children; focus should be given on the greatness not weakness; to be an excellent parent one must become excellent person; giving a child immortality through the gift of a legacy. The central point of the book making children leaders with a basic leadership qualities. It is the duty of the parents to become models for their children.

This book has been a source of inspiration for me to learn how parent should be to their children and how a child should be his/her parents. This book has created an impact because I learned for myself how I have picked up values from my parents.  This book influenced me because the author has written it in a simple language and with much of thought provoking reflections. He has given much selected thoughts in his book. I gained a lot of values for my personal life, this book can be read by any person in the world who longs learn how to bring up children and how to maintain a happy family.
